At Fairbanks, we offer 4-in-1 multi-temperature storage to ensure the highest quality and freshness for a wide range of products. Our facilities are designed to meet the diverse storage needs of the seafood industry, maintaining optimal conditions for every stage of the supply chain.

1. Ambient Storage
Designed for dry goods and non-perishable items, our ambient storage maintains room temperature conditions to ensure product integrity without refrigeration. Ideal for packaging materials, dried seafood, and other essential supplies.

2. Air Conditioner
For products that require precise temperature control, our regulated storage environment ensures stability and prevents fluctuations that could impact product quality. This is perfect for items that need consistent cooling but not full refrigeration.

3. Chilled Storage 
Our chilled storage keeps fresh seafood and perishable goods at the perfect temperature to preserve taste, texture, and nutritional value. This ensures extended shelf life while maintaining peak freshness.

4.Frozen & Super Frozen Storage
We provide two levels of deep freezing to accommodate different seafood preservation needs:

  • Frozen Storage (-18°C to -25°C) – Standard freezing for most frozen seafood products, ensuring they remain fresh and safe for extended periods.
  • Super Frozen Storage (-50°C to -60°C) – Ultra-low temperature freezing for premium tuna and high-quality seafood, locking in freshness, color, and texture as if freshly caught.
